05.28.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 2027: I note that all pieces are presently intact, with handles appearing securely fastened to the body, and accompanying covers fitting within teapots comfortably, the cathedral and house-form mantle scene pot with minor touch ups to the gilt revealed under UV light, two of the teapots have typical minute chips along the edge of the spout, including the hen which also has a minute chip to the edge of the cover, the white and brick house-form teapot with hairline extending from one top corner near the mouth, and another hairline below the spout, the largest turquoise teapot with frog has a hairline at the central body adjacent to dragonfly
