12.6.23, 9:29 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 848: I note that all chairs are presently intact and structurally stable, there is tonal variation throughout the caning, and I observe three chairs with lightly visible spots of glue at either side of the top edge of seat back, one chair has some minor loss and splintering at binding point to the seat edge, the frame exhibits visible seams/splits, and minute evidence of old woodworm, there is typical surface wear to the frame such as scuffs, minor chips, and abrasions<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
