1.15.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3385-The chairs are all sturdy and sit well, cane appears to be intact throughout with no holes or rip, I note only some minor typical picks, frames appear with some rubs, wear, small nicks to wood and general light paint loss, this is likely intentional to give the appearance of age, I am unsure, seat cushions are intact with no apparent rips, or tears only some light fraying at corded trim, overall no major loss noted
