1.12.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3185-The group are overall in good condition, chairs have a nice weight about them and sit well, cushions and padding remain firm, upholstery is free of rips, tears or major loss, I note only some very light scatted spotting, wood frames do show some light wear and imperfections that is likely intentional minor distressing to give the appearance of age, no major loss or wear observed
