(lot of 11) U.S. Hard Times Tokens, 19th c., including: (1) Walsh's General Store Lansingburgh (N.Y.) 1835, the reverse with the figure of Lafayette at center, Lafayette A Friend To America & Freedom, below the figure Died May 20 and 1834 at edge; (1) Running Boar/Jackson Perish Credit Perish Commerce 1834, My Victory My Third Heat Down With The Bank, 1834, the reverse with a bust of Jackson, My Substitute For the U.S. Bank, Experiment My Currency, My Glory; (1) I Take The Responsibility, man in safe holding sword, no H beneath safe, the reverse The Constitution As I Understand It, above the jackass figure Roman Firmness, below the jackass Veto; (1)  Webster Credit 1841 Current, at center the sailing ship Constitution (readable but worn), the reverse Millions for Defence Not One Cent For Tribute; (1) Van Buren Metallic 1837 Current, a sailing ship with wrecked masts at enter named Experiment (worn but readable), Webster Credit 1841 Current with the sailing ship Constitution (readable but worn) at  center; (1) Liberty Head, 1837, seven stars left, six stars right, top with E Pluribus Unum banner, reverse with Millions For Defense, and within a wreath None One Cent For Tribute; (2) A Plain System Void of Pomo, with a a figure of John Quincy Adams at center, the reverse with The Constitution As I Understand It, at center a jackass, with LLD on its; side (worn), above Roman Firmness, below the jackass 1834, one token quite worn; (2) Tortoise with safe, Executive Financiering, the turtle with safe at center above 1837 Fiscal Agent, the reverse with a jackass at center, lettering above,, below and around the edge Follow In the Steps of My Illustrious Predecessor; (1) Phoenix bird at center over NOVr, around the edge Substitute For Shin Plasters 1837, at the reverse edge Specie Payments Suspended, at center May Tenth1837 within a wreath
