11.25.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3326 — as described, the chairs are 18th-century, they are overall sturdy and stable and sit well, the upholstery is intact with no noted rips or tears, cushions are firm, and the fabric is largely clean with a few minor spots and slight discoloration scattered throughout, refer to images, all joints are tight with one upholstered back pad fitting slightly loose in the frame, the frames exhibit multiple layers of paint with areas of overpaint, old fill, and possible typical historic repairs, all currently resolved and the chairs remain stable, there are minor traces of old woodworm, scattered paint rubs, flaking and wear to the painted surfaces, small nicks, general expected wear commensurate with age, origin, and use, overall the chairs present well with an attractive finish and well chosen upholstery
