10.6.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1296- the chairs are both in sturdy condition, the upholstery is intact with no noted rips or tears, I observe only some minor spotting and grime, one has a few small picks at back edge, see images, the wood appears overall intact with some minor scuffs, a few small minute bubbled areas at front (very minor and not noticeable), and two small seams/possible repair along edge of two lower front legs, see images, all mentioned minor and commensurate with use
