05.29.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1156: I note that both vases are presently intact, standing securely against flat display surface, both exhibit typical minute wear to the enamel, one vase is free from presently-observed chips or fractures, the other having a minor chip to one corner of top edge, chip/ loss segment at the lower end of one corner edge, and a minute chip at another corner edge near the central body, UV light examination does not reveal evidence of restoration
