12.4.23, 10:38 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 300: I note both chairs are currently intact and structurally sound, the frames exhibit some light rubs/tonal variations, particularly at the arms commensurate with use, and all buttons at points of tufting are currently present, I observe patination/oxidation of the nail head trim, and typical leather creasing and minor impressions, one exhibits some light separation at the seams of diamond-quilted seat, and the other has a minute tear at the seat, I observe minute typical surface wear such as light abrasions and scuffs<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
