8.19.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1251-All three pieces stand sturdy on slim legs, the chair is intact with cane showing only some minor tonal variation and light picks, no rips or tears to the cane noted, wood frames of nightstands and chair all show some light dirt, wear/loss to paint, small nicks, and minor discoloration, drawers slight well however are a bit tight, marble tops show some small typical chips along edges and light wear, one marble top appears to be intact with a professional restoration noted, see images, the second tier on the other nightstand shows visible seems and was possibly reinforced as there is light visible adhesive at the seam
