02.14.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1172: I note that both table are currently intact and structurally secure, the V support swings out smoothly to stabilize flip top, and the inlay is overall well-retained with some sparse, minor chip, the bottom panel along the stretcher of both tables exhibits some minor spotting, the pair of feet/ base of both are visibly misaligned, one of the table is lacking peg on the exterior carved element at the bottom edge of table top, the other table has a minor restoration to the top edge of V support, there is typical wear and minor spots of loss to the underside black lacquer, and the inlay displays areas of discoloration and light staining, possibly resolved by a gentle, thorough cleaning
