2.21.25-In my opinion regarding:  LOT 1443: I note that both chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, the leather upholstery being overall well-preserved, with typical minor creasing throughout, mostly to the seat cushions, as well as having subtle tonal variations and a very light patina, I observe a few minute spots of peeling, both retaining all buttons at the tufted points, with patination of the nail-head trim, and there is typical minor surface wear to the wood legs such as light abrasions and scuffs commensurate with use
