As an active member of the Austin Antiques Club for many years, Lynn was deeply embedded in the antiques community here in Austin. Her New Orleans upbringing in a family of collectors (many of the pieces come from her mother's estate), combined with her frequent trips to England, gave her a unique understanding of provenance, quality, and historical significance. The estate features an extensive array of English furniture alongside antique decorative objects, the kind of exceptional pieces that only reveal themselves to collectors who know where to look and what to seek.**

Condition

CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1363- the chairs are located in a dark area of the gallery, so I used the flash for the last three images, please refer to online images for best views, both are in sturdy and stable condition exhibiting age with some small flaws, tonal variation, spotting, nicks and minor blemishes, the smaller chair seat is intact with some spotting and evidence of old woodworm, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age
