CR 7.3.25-In my opinion regarding LOT 1370: I note that both dogs are intact and stand securely on flat display surface, both having comparable degrees of typical minor flaked losses of the black painted features, close visual examination reveals one with a couple minor, stable hairlines at the top of the head (see images), the other with a couple minute chips underside, this minor wear is typical and commensurate with age and use, UV light examination is unremarkable and did not reveal evidence of restoration
