01.16.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1100: I note that both chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, the leather upholstery being securely bound and remaining overall taut throughout, with some very light, sparse surface wear, such as a few light abrasions and scuffs commensurate with age and use, as is typical, both seats having a shallow central  depression also commensurate with use, one chair having some minor spotting at the edges of seat, the same chair also having areas of minor peeling, which is typical, particularly at the front of armrests, the other chair having some minute peeling concentrated at the back of top corners of seatback, there is patination of the nail-head trim, the wooden base also having typical light surface wear commensurate with use, the casters and swivel function of both chairs operating smoothly
