11.24.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1111-The chairs are overall intact and sit well, frames are sturdy, as pictured the leather exhibits age throughout, I note some spotting, creasing and cracking, patination and staining (handprint? To the back of one) to leather overall, there are no apparent rips or tears, the leather would likely benefit from a cleaning and being moisturized, wood feet show rubs and wear, commensurate with age and use
