3.26.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2149-the pair of chairs are overall in sturdy and stable condition with joints remaining tight, they sit well, leather exhibits age, with some overall creasing, mellowing, cracks, surface wear/scratches, some spotting/tonal variation, scuffs and some picks to leather, particularly noted throughout the bottom edges and top corners, on one chair: leather has become detached at the back upper left corner, see images, on the other chair: the bottom panel beneath seat cushion is detached from lower frame is has several small tears, legs are sturdy with some expected minor wood wear, tears, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
