1.12.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3402-The pair of chairs are overall sturdy and intact, springs retain a slight bounce and they sit well, the upholstery appears free of any major rips or tears, I note only some minor picks and wear particularly along trim, light discoloration/spotting, rear upholstery shows some fading/ tonal variation, wood frames exhibit scattered minor evidence of old woodworm, tunnel variation with warming to patina, particularly at arm rests, small nicks and light wood wear, all as commensurate with age and use, no major loss observed
