11.6.23-In my opinion regarding:  
LOT – 1287- The seat depth is approximately 19”, the chairs sit well, in my opinion, there are some rubs and wear to front legs, particularly along curved knees, and at feet, leather appears free of any apparent rips or tears, however, I do note some spotting, tonal variation, patination, some creasing in lines to leather, and Verdi patination at metal tacks, all mentioned as commensurate with use, the chairs would likely benefit from a good dusting or cleaning
