CR 8.19.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3016- after careful visual and UV light examinations, I note that both tureen and underplate are intact and free major chips, cracks or repairs, I note light spotting and dust, likely resolved with a gentle cleaning, some typical minor roughness to applied flower petals, minor sticker residue and light wear underfoot, no major loss observed
