CR 8.27.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3265: I note that the mirror framing remains structurally secure, one mirror with a slightly rough edge along the left-hand side that is minorly exposed/ visible, mirror plates remain securely encased. The inlay is overall well-retained, with some scattered professional fills, all being small in size and minor, mostly occurring at the veneer adjacent to inlaid materials. I observe a few minute seams of separation with very light filled reinforcement, and some typical minor surface wear, which is sparse, such as small nicks, and a couple of chips to raised trim.
