04.29.2026- In my opinion regarding: LOT 1334- the chairs are in sturdy and stable condition, they sit comfortably, upholstery is intact with no noted rips or tears, there is only very sparse, minor spotting, a few picks/pulls, and some light wear,  evidence of old wood worm (concentrated mostly to one front leg), all commensurate with origin, age and use
