11.27.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1166-The chairs are structurally sturdy and sit comfortably, upholstery shows some general overall light dirt and discoloration, I observe some small picks particularly noted along edges, there are no apparent rips or tears to upholstery, legs show only some typical light surface wear and rubs, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
