12.1.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1111- the nightstands are in stable and sturdy condition, marble tops are a loose, both are intact with inherent variation and veins, I note only a few small abrasions, and minute chips to two corners, see images, wood cases exhibit only light rubs, minor wear and small nicks, pinned doors would benefit from a waxing, open interiors are in need of a good cleaning, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
