(pair) English George III period giltwood wall mirrors, late 18th/ early 19th c., each having fanned foliate crest, above pierced frame with scrolling floral vines and fruit motifs, encasing flat mirror plate, both with typical small chips, losses, and restoration to carved elements, scattered silver loss to mirror plates, approx 48.5"h, 25.5"w, 40lbs total **Provenance: The Tarrytown, Austin, Texas estate of Janice Holliman Stanfield**

10.23.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3246: I note that both mirrors remain structurally secure, as described the mirror plates exhibit scattered silver losses, also having minor hazing/ spotting, and the frames having typical chipped losses and some minor glue reinforcements commensurate with age and use, I observe typical stable splits to the frame, all remain structurally secure, the gilded finish with light tonal variations associated with surface patination, as well as rubs and some small flaked losses commensurate with use
