5.22.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 4162-The chairs are both in sturdy condition and sit well, Upholstery is overall clean with some slight discoloration/spotting and some scattered small picks to upholstery, one chair does have what appears to be some stuffing showing from a possible small tear/repair located on the lower left side above the rear leg, see images, I’m not sure why the tape was on the piece as there are no rips or tears to this area, but it does have a bit of grime to upholstery here from tape residue, wood is in overall good condition with some light finish loss, rubs and some intentional distressing to give the appearance of age
