10.11.24-LOT 3102: I note that both settees are presently intact and structurally sturdy, the upholstery is remarkably well-kept and is free from currently observed tearing, staining, and restoration, the seat and tufted back remaining tautly bound to frame at seams, with some typical minute loose threads to the applique trim, which is also secure throughout, the gilt finish is also well-preserved, having a few minor chips to arm exterior and back of top rail commensurate with light use and contact against a wall, one settee having a couple typical minute imperfections/lines to either side of crest rail not interfering with structural integrity and remaining fully stable
