09/18/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 2128: I note that both nightstands are structurally sturdy, one marble top is intact with a small, stable hairline near the back right corner, both marble tops having typical minor chipping along unfinished back edge consistent with inherent contact/ rubs against a wall, one of the marble tops with minute filled concealment of back edge chipping, I note that the drawers operate smoothly, and retain overall well-kept/ clean interiors, cabinet doors remain tight on hinges, both nightstands having typical minor veneer chips, including a couple spots with filled concealment, commensurate with age and use, one nightstand having a restoration at the back left leg that appears structurally stable
