8.9.26-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1218- the chair frames and joints are stable and sturdy, the wood exhibits spotting, small nicks and areas of finish loss, the seats are in need of new springs and padding, the upholstery exhibits fading, tears, holes and loose buttons, overall the chairs would benefit from being reupholstered and replacement of the interior springs
