10.9.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1195-the chairs are both in sturdy condition and sit well, cushions maintain firmness, leather shows some overall dirt, particularly noted in Button tufted areas, light discoloration, and some minor marks and minute abrasions, there are no apparent rips or tears to either, both would likely benefit from a good cleaning, straps are all secure and free of loss, chrome frames show surface wear to legs, as commensurate with use, no breaks or restoration to frames observed
