07.09.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 1247: As described the upholstery exhibits tonal variations associated with sun fading as well as light discoloration/ staining commensurate with use, the upholstery remains securely bound throughout and seams appear to remain tight, fabric is free from observed losses, tearing, or holes, all buttons are currently present at tufted points, and the swivel base operates smoothly, the gilt-metal exterior of the base having typical light patination and spotting
