11.27.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3208: I note that the candelabras are presently intact and structurally sturdy, the porcelain and ormolu elements appearing secure at joinery points, the glazed and enameled decoration of the vases are overall remarkably preserved, as is the rich tone of the ormolu, which has a sparse number of some typical minute pitting, as well as a couple minor casting flaw seams at the base, the porcelain socle base having some minute crazing of the glaze, upon close visual examination, the sculpted flowers have a small number of typical minute flea bite chips to edges of petals, as is typical, minor hairlines are also common but I do not currently observe any that are visible, UV light examination reveals professional restorations to the handles of both urns, restorations are notably well-blended to the body of the urn
