10.2.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1093 --the pair of chairs have a nice heavy weight and are structurally sound, both rest evenly on the gallery floor and sit firm, please refer to the requested images of the underside showing the spring construction, the upholstery remains intact without observed rips or tears though there are scattered pulls and picks of varied degrees, frays, light spotting/minor stains and general light wear, please see additional images for detail, there are apparent strong odors present though sensitivities vary, the wood legs show typical minor abrasions, rubs, and scattered minor finish wear, the seat depth from back rest to front cushion is approximately 22”, the arm measures approximately 30” front to back, with the seat back slightly reclined giving an overall approximate depth of 31” to 32”, all wear and imperfections mentioned are commensurate with the age and use of the chairs
