9.25.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1102—the chairs are stable and structurally sound, both sit comfortably with back and seats retaining form, upholstery is overall intact with no rips or tears noted, one chair exhibits consistent picks and pulls to the back and rear edges as shown in images, both chairs further display some light spotting and discoloration, frames and arms remain firmly joined, surfaces show tonal variation with rubs, small nicks, abrasions, and finish wear mostly concentrated along the arms and legs, all observed wear is minor and commensurate with age and use
