1.12.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1494: I note that both figures and accompanying marble bases are intact and structurally sturdy, one figure displays lightly visible glue around the stone settings of the necklace, and both have minor paint touch ups at the chest, I observe minor visible seams/splits to some areas of giltwood, some areas of gilt with minor touch ups as well, the marble bases exhibit sparse, minute chips to the edges, and the penshell possesses inherent natural inclusions/ variations and small pits, there is light typical surface wear such as minor chips to carved wood elements, and minute paint chips
