(lot of 3) Military Hats: (1) WWII German Pith / Tropical helmet, Afrika Korps, at left side the Army shield depicting an eagle holding a swastika, at the right side a shield with the German national colors, each insignia held to the hat side by three inserted prongs, at front a worn leather chin strap, the interior brim is green cloth, the interior with the remnants of the leather sweat band having one piece marked "56 42" (size and year of manufacturer), the liner is red cloth, no other visible markings; (1) U.S. Military kepi or hat, dark blue, at top brass crossed cannons of the artillery, hard leather brim with the chin strap held at each end by brass eagle buttons, the hat interior with a black sweat band and faded maroon cloth interior marked at the top atypically with possibly inked cavalry crossed swords (does not fluoresce under blacklight indicating this marking is not likely modern), there are visible folded corroded prongs attaching the chin strap buttons and the artillery insignia to the hat; (1) Japanese army cap, 1930;s, at front a star with kanji characters, hard brim, only remnants of the chin strap, the interior with a black sweat band, number "7" in red beneath the sweat band, the diamond form maker label now faded with no lettering visible, for shipping largest measurements approx. 14" x 10.75" x 7", total of all 1.5lbs
