3.17.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2109-the chairs are overall in sturdy condition and both sit comfortably, leather cushions to all are intact with no apparent, rips or tears, the seats and backs display some mellowing to leather, both seat bottoms show finish/color loss  and wear to raised piping, see images, ottomans exhibit only minor wear with further slight noted color loss to piping, seat bottoms and leather slats are intact, I note some staining to cushion bottoms/underside from leather slats, frames are sturdy and joints are secure, and I do not observe any apparent major loss or restoration, only typical minor surface wear/abrasions, and light spotting, frames would likely benefit from a gentle cleaning, all mentioned commensurate with use
