(lot of 4) English Staffordshire blue and white ceramic platters, 19th c., each having unique transferred design, including: (1) marked Wedgwood, sailboat design, (1) marked Ashworth Bros, Hanley, featuring horse riders and ruins, (1) "Wild Rose" pattern, (1) "Village Church" pattern, largest: approx 18"l, 14"w, 15lbs total
CR 1.13.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2531: Upon close visual examination, all plates exhibit varied degrees of typical crazing and light discoloration, as well as a few minute glaze skips, the platter with a pattern of architectural ruins having some typical shallow, minor chips and overall small rough spots to the edges commensurate with age and use, the platter with sailboats having a minor star hairline underfoot, I do not observe evidence of restorations or significant glaze losses
