08.13.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2194- the chairs are in sturdy condition, leather is overall intact showing signs of use with surface abrasions, some creasing/cracking, staining and spotting, picks, and patination, I do not currently observe any major rips or tears, frames are stable with a nice weight about them, I note some tonal variation, small rubs, nicks and general light wear, commensurate with age and use
