08/17/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 1044- please note that I am not an expert on lighters, we have not tested all, a cursory examination reveals the chrome-like piece to be operational, all but the black example, show movement in the side roller/scroll wheel, I do not  know if this ensures operational status, both enameled pieces show some small nicks and surface wear to enamel, overall metal on the group shows some pitting, patination, spotting and wear, please refer to numerous images for your reference
