12.4.23, 10:30 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 812: I note all chairs are presently intact with the frames appearing to be structurally sound, the wooden frames exhibit visible seams/splits and some separation at points of joinery, light gilt wear throughout, and areas of water spotting/staining, all chairs have tearing and fraying to the seat upholstery, as well as discoloration and staining, and some areas of thread loss, I observe areas of separation between colors of the upholstery, and lifting and fraying to the applique trim located along the arm rests, one chair appears to have a later-upholstered back, while the others display heavy fraying throughout seat back upholstery<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
