02.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1349: I note that all chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, as described the tapestry upholstery is worn, including areas of seam separation/ gaps in the weave, discoloration and staining, including to the verso of seat back, as well as having loose threads and areas of small tears, the wear is generally concentrated to the seat cushions and padded armrests, I observe patination of the nailhead trim, and the interior cushioning is likely in need of replacing, there is light surface wear commensurate with age and use such as minor abrasions, scuffs, and rubs, particularly to the handholds and knees of the legs
