10.28.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 1201: I note that all pieces comprising the set are structurally secure and stand sturdy, the supports at the underside of tabletop for drop-leaf use remain tight on hinges and operate smoothly, medial shelf appears sturdy, and the chairs collapse easily, some of the ends of spindles are slightly loose at the seat back but remain fully secure, a few spindles with some minor slivers of splintered loss and minute chips commensurate with use, the finish having inherent tonal variation and rubs also consistent with use, one of the seats with minor tears to the rattan bindings, spindles in this region remain sturdy and secure
