07.01.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 3104: As described the leather exhibits impressions and dimpling, I note that the chairs stand sturdy and appear structurally secure throughout, the leather upholstery is free from observed holes or tearing, having tonal variations throughout associated with discoloration and fading (see images), the leather also with typical minor creasing and some small spots of minor peeling (see images), leather remains securely bound throughout the perimeter, nail head trim also appears secure and exhibits patination, the underlying padding is overall well-retained and sits comfortably, I observe sparse typical minor surface wear such as some scattered light abrasions and nicks commensurate with age and use
