09/18/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 3425: I note that all that all chairs appear structurally secure and stand sturdy, the painted finish having typical scattered peeled and rubbed losses, including the caned paneling with active paint flaking, commensurate with age and use, the upholstery remains securely bound and interior padding remains overall plush, fabric is free from observed tearing, losses, or holes, having typical light spotting consistent with use, which is sparse, the caning is overall well-preserved and free from notable losses, the weave remains securely bound throughout the perimeter, I observe minute evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, and a couple chairs have typical minor separation of the seat back at joinery points, which do not appear to affect structural integrity and remain stable throughout
