10.24.24-I note that all chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, having varied degrees of flaked loss and spotting to the painted finish, as well as light discoloration and tonal variations commensurate with age and use, I observe typical minor seam separation at joinery, all appearing to remain secure and stable, the upholstery remains securely bound to frame and taut throughout, having minute spots of light tonal variations but being free from currently observed obvious staining, as well as being free from observed tearing, with patination of the nailhead trim
