6.24.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 4267-the chairs are all in sturdy condition and have a nice weight about them, upholstery is intact with no apparent rips or tears, I do note some slight denting/impressions to upholstery from storage, this could possibly be worked out, there is further some light spotting, the paint is distressed with some overall wear, loss and rubs scattered throughout, I note some dirt, one chair has a minor small wood split to the back, see image, overall the group would likely benefit from a good cleaning
