07.06.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 3385: I note that all chairs stand sturdy, the legs appearing secure at joinery points, the upholstery exhibits typical staining/ discoloration, particularly at the upper seat back, and pile losses commensurate with age and use, all of the chairs have a varied patterned fabric at the reverse side of seat back with light foxing and spotting, two of the chairs with small holes to the lining fabric with visible underlying burlap material, all upholstery remains securely bound, and the blue fabric upholstery remains free from observed holes or tearing, nail-head trim exhibits patination, and as described the painted finish is worn, including areas of rubbed and flaked losses and light discoloration consistent with use
