07.09.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3357- the chairs are in stable and sturdy condition with a nice weight about them, upholstery is intact with no noted rips or tears, I observe some minor indentions, light crushing to fabric, a few spots and tonal variation, they sit comfortably, frames show some typical light abrasions, surface wear, small nicks, all mentioned commensurate with vintage age and use
