11.5.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3273: I note that the chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, as described the ribbon trim at the perimeter of upholstery exhibits some overall lifting and loss, some areas of the trim with visible glue reinforcement, particularly at the reverse of seat back, the upholstery is free from presently observed tearing, and exhibits areas of light staining/ discoloration and minor spotting, and there is typical light surface wear to the frames, including minor peeling to the varnish/ sealant, small nicks and chips, and light abrasions commensurate with age and use
